How do I track my order?
1.Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or text.
2. We are no longer accountable for your order one it is checked in to UPS. Please contact UPS directly for shipping updates.
PRE-ORDERS:
When Pre-ordering an item from our website, please keep the following in mind:* Payment is charged immediately at checkout ; not when the item ships.* The pre-order item can arrive prior or after the estimated ship date thats posted in the description box.* Pre-orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of the estimated ship date.* If in-stock items are included with your order, your entire order will be shipped on the estimated ship date unless the ship date is 3 weeks and over than we will ship your order separately.* We DO NOT ship in-stock item(s) separately ( unless the ship date is 3 weeks and over or you pay additional shipping costs.)* If at any time you need further details, please email us at abi.project@net-shopping.com
